These Terms of Service are effective as of 2026-08-12 and govern your use of WeighPay Group's platform, the WeighPay Connect (WPC) backend extension, and any related services operated from the weighpay.polsia.app domain.
WeighPay is a modular scale-integrated ticketing and payment platform for material-recycling operators. The platform is sold as three independent subscription modules — Logistics, Scale Ops, and Accounting — each priced at $500 USD per module per month. Each module is provisioned as a separate Stripe Checkout session at sign-up. Modules are additive: you may run any subset, in any order, on any number of locations.
You are responsible for:
app_settings) confidential.Module subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe Checkout on our Stripe Connect account. When you add more than one module, each module is a separate Stripe subscription with its own $500/month charge. Mid-cycle additions are pro-rated by Stripe where supported; mid-cycle cancellations are not pro-rated.
The AI engine is billed per usage on top of module fees. Every AI invocation is metered in the ai_usage_events table with module + operator + feature + location attribution, and a precomputed dollar cost is included on each row. Usage rolls up per operator and is reported to Stripe via the metered-usage endpoint (GET /api/ai-usage/stripe-meter); subscription item wiring is pending the Stripe product setup queue and is not active at this time.
Either party may terminate a module subscription at the end of the current billing period with no penalty. WeighPay may suspend an account immediately for non-payment, suspected fraud, or a compliance breach — with notice sent to the operator email on file whenever reasonably possible.
For the self-serve $500/module/month tier, we provide best-effort uptime and do not contract a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Enterprise tiers (100 or more locations, contracted on a signed order form) carry SLAs as defined in the order form.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WeighPay Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you to WeighPay in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute lies exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
We will post material updates to this page along with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the platform after a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
